During medical school, she was awarded the Patricia Levinson Award for the Advancement and Inclusion of Women in Medicine, as well as the Medical Student Excellence in Teaching Award from the Institute for Medical Education. Esha graduated from medical school with distinctions in Medical Education, Global Health, and Research. She is currently an Internal Medicine resident at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a published academic author whose work can be found here.
