Cailin O’Connell, MD, MEng, completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is an Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Society inductee and a graduate of the Texas A&M School of Engineering Medicine.
I've been tutoring since undergrad, always pushing students to ask “why” and think deeper. My own shift from engineering to medicine taught me the power of understanding and practice-based learning, and I love helping others build that same mindset!

Cailin O’Connell, MD, MEng, completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Between her third and fourth year of medical school, she completed a research fellowship in the Texas A&M Academy of Physician Scientists Burroughs Wellcome Fund Program studying Ovarian Cancer nanomedicine diagnostics and therapies. She is currently an Internal Medicine Intern at Mainline Health in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania and will start her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania in July 2025.
