Jonathon's Education
Jonathon graduated from Northwestern University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy as well as a double major in Biological Sciences. During his undergraduate, he researched circadian neurobiology and fell in love with scientific inquiry. He then enrolled in a combined MD/MS program at the University of Michigan Medical School. While completing his MS in Cellular and Molecular Biology, he researched the pathogenesis of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honors society. Throughout medical school, Jonathon has been a tutor for biochemistry and physiology classes and loves forming relationships built on trust and empathy. Now, Jonathon is a fourth-year medical student now and is now an Anesthesiology Resident at the University of Michigan. In his free time, he is an avid distance runner, a new father, and loves playing with his dog Astro.
