About Me

Katie's Education

Completed pre-medical studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society and matched into her first-choice pediatric residency at her home institution. As a top residency graduate, she was honored to be the 2019-2020 Pediatric Chief Resident prior to starting neonatology fellowship in July 2020. As a senior resident, she was awarded the Exemplary Medical Teaching Award and is a published academic author. Her work may be found here.
